Strength and Conditioning Training

The Buckeye Mudder Club will meet twice a week for strength training open to active members. These workouts are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style and are designed around the muscle groups and movements that will be used to complete Tough Mudder obstacles.

Tuesday: 6 - 7pm at Lincoln Fields
*Meet near the Script Ohio

Wednesday: 6:30 - 8pm at RPAC
*Meet on stairs near Juice 2

Cardio and Endurance Training

The Buckeye Mudder Club will meet once a week for cardio workouts that will include a middle distance run (~3 miles total) along with other body weight exercises. This may vary by week to include special events (e.g. obstacle courses, rock climbing) .

Sundays: 11am - 12pm
*Meet under Scarlet Walkway

These workouts will be suitable for all fitness levels and leaders will ensure that members are challenging themselves but also maintaining a safe, positive, encouraging atmosphere.

Shoes

We recommend durable trail running shoes or shoes you don't want to use again. Some shoes our members like:
